Size of the home and weather conditions play a big part in construction schedules. The average is 4-6 months after foundation completion. What about financing?
We work with many local banks & mortgage companies. Is there an allowance for lighting, cabinets, flooring etc.?
Yes! If you spend less than the allowance, we will credit you the difference. Do you have sample floor plans that we can look at?
